Stream Roulette — Wheel / Slot / Capsule Toy / Cards picker for OBS

A picker for live streams with four animations in one file: Wheel, Slot,
Capsule Toy and Cards. The capsule toy draw carries three rarity tiers, N / R / SR,
so the jackpot pops in gold. Weighted odds, multiple winners, and removing
winners from the pool. Drops onto an OBS Browser source with a transparent
background.

Single HTML, no install, no account, no licence key, fully offline. Just
double-click streamroulette.html. Works on Windows AND Mac. English /
日本語 toggle included.

FOUR STYLES, ONE ENTRY LIST
======================
- Wheel ..... the disc spins and the pointer lands on the winner
- Slot ...... the reels spin and stop on the winner (one reel per winner)
- Capsule Toy a ball rolls out, the capsule opens, the winner appears
- Cards ..... face-down cards flip over one at a time
Everything is drawn on a canvas; no image files are used.

RARITY: N / R / SR
======================
- Mark every entry N (normal), R (rare) or SR (super rare)
- The colours are fixed and never follow the theme: N grey, R blue, SR gold
- R .... the capsule turns blue with 8 rays of light
- SR ... the capsule turns gold, with 14 rays and sparkles
- R / SR is stamped on the top half of the capsule as well, so the tier
still reads after stream compression crushes the colour
- The result chips are tinted with the same colours — that part works in
Wheel, Slot and Cards too
- The balls rolling inside the machine pick up your rarity colours
- If no entry uses a rarity, capsules keep the theme colour as before (as
soon as one does, N capsules switch to the fixed grey, so N and SR do not
both come out gold in the Gold theme)

THE DRAW
======================
- Up to 60 entries, 60 characters each
- Weight per entry — the bigger the number, the better the chance
- Rarity per entry: N / R / SR (see above)
- Untick an entry to leave it out of the draw for now
- Winners: 1 to 10 (the same entry is never drawn twice in one spin)
- Spin seconds: 1 to 20, in steps of 0.5
- "Remove winners from the pool" drops winners out of the next draw,
and "Restore removed" puts them back
- "Hide the winner text" plays the animation only
- "+ Add" / "Shuffle" / "Clear all"
- "Bulk edit / paste": one entry per line, add |3 at the end of a line to
set weight 3, or |3|SR for weight 3 and super rare (|SR on its own works
too; |2 still means weight 2). Then "Replace with this list"

PUTTING IT IN OBS

- Add a Browser source, tick "Local file", point it at
streamroulette.html and add ?mode=stream to the URL
(the "OBS view URL" button in the panel copies it for you)
- ?mode=stream hides the control panel and makes the background
transparent
- You drive it from your own tab (opened without ?mode=stream). Pressing
SPIN there plays the same result, with the same stopping point, in the
display tab opened from the same folder
Note: tabs sync when they are opened from the same browser and the same
location (same origin). An OBS browser source can be treated
separately, so check the sync with two browser tabs first.

DISPLAY

- Title above the stage, up to 40 characters
- Six themes: Neon / Party / Gold / Aqua / Retro / Mono
- History: the last 40 winners with a timestamp ("Clear history" empties
it). History is only recorded in the tab you drive it from
- The space bar and a click on the stage also spin

- ?mode=stream ... hide the panel, transparent background (for OBS)
- ?style= ....... wheel / slot / capsule / card
- ?theme= ....... neon / party / gold / aqua / retro / mono
- ?items= ....... comma separated entries (e.g. ?items=A,B,C)
- ?lang= ........ ja / en
- ?scale= ....... display scale, 0.4 to 3 (default 1)

SAVE / LOAD
======================
- "Save settings (.json)" writes roulette-settings.json, "Load" reads it
back so you can carry on
- Your settings are also kept in the browser for next time
- A .json saved before rarity existed still loads: every entry comes back
as N, with its weight and tick untouched
- "Reset" clears everything back to the starting state

NOTES

- Code-drawn, no image assets — tiny and fast. No internet needed and
nothing is sent anywhere
- No install, no account, no licence key
- Works on Windows AND Mac, in the browser
- Tested on current Chrome / Edge
- No fonts are bundled; text is drawn with the fonts on your machine
- Use it freely in streams and videos (commercial use OK, see TERMS.txt)

FOR: streamers running giveaways, viewer-participation draws, forfeit and
topic pickers — anyone who wants the wheel on screen in OBS without an
installer or a licence key.
