Tournament Bracket - Click-to-Advance Overlay for OBS (viewer tournaments / scrims)

Paste in your entrants and the bracket builds itself. Click whoever won a match and they move up to the next round. When the final is decided, the champion plate lights up and confetti flies.

Made for viewer tournaments, community scrims, fighting-game brackets and song battles — anything you run live and advance by hand.

Single HTML, no install, no account, fully offline. Just double-click the file. English / 日本語 toggle (auto-detects your browser).

WHAT IT DOES
======================

[ Advancing ]
- Click the name of whoever won and they move up to the next round
- The loser gets a strike-through
- Click the same name again to undo it, click the other one to switch
- Switching clears the results further up the bracket automatically

[ The draw ]
- Type your entrants one per line (2 to 32, up to 24 characters each)
- The list is the seeding: top line is seed 1, then seed 2... (seeds 1 and 2 cannot meet before the final)
- Bracket size is automatic (4 / 8 / 16 / 32 to fit the count), or set it yourself
- If the count is not a power of two, the top seeds get a BYE automatically
e.g. 5 entrants -> an 8 bracket; seeds 1-3 have a BYE, so only seed 4 vs seed 5 is played
- "Shuffle the draw" reshuffles the order and redraws the bracket
- Round names are labelled for you (Round 1 / Round 2 / Quarterfinal / Semifinal / Final)

[ The champion ]
- The final lights up the champion plate with the name on it
- Confetti (drawn in code, and it can be switched off)
- "Replay the win" replays the celebration on its own

[ Handy on stream ]
- OBS transparent overlay: ?mode=stream puts just the bracket on your scene
- The bracket scales itself to whatever size your Browser Source is
- Entrants, results and settings are saved on your PC (they survive a reload)
- ?key= keeps two copies of the file separate

[ Look & feel ]
- 2 layouts (mirrored with the final in the centre / left to right)
- 8 themes (Arena / Gold / Ember / Grape / Aqua / Mint / Rose / Mono)
- Seed numbers and the title can be hidden
- Keys: R = clear results, S = shuffle the draw, F = fullscreen

HOW TO USE
======================
- OBS: add tournament.html as a Browser Source (?mode=stream for transparency).
- Standalone: open the file and hover the bracket — the gear appears at its bottom right.
- Everything is settable from the gear panel or via URL parameters (see the included README).

GOOD TO KNOW
======================
- Single elimination only. There is no losers bracket, no third-place match and no double elimination.
- It does not read or tally chat. It is a board you drive by clicking, with no chat-app or API integration.

- Code-drawn, no image/audio assets — tiny and crisp at any resolution
- Tested on current Chrome / Edge. No internet needed
- Streaming & commercial use OK (see included terms)
